Nothing really bad can happen during the night, right? Aside from really discouraging dreams.

So I have a bit of a dilemma. I get spam moderately often. It is almost always at the very same entry. It's fairly early on, so not too many people, if any, see it before I delete it. It is usually about cars, but once it was really nasty porn. Ugh! So. Do I delete the entry, leaving them no known hook upon which to hang their metaphorical hat? Or do I leave it, because I do like the entry, and it's fast and easy to get rid of the spam. If I deleted it, ( or deleted it after copying it and moving it to another slot) would my pages be peppered with spam? (Or should I start using pepper on my spam?!)
