My dad donated blood, and he would eat raisins for a week or so before donating. Apparently they have a lot of iron.....

Bonsoir les gens! I love that. I had no idea that they checked for hemoglobin before one can donate blood. I've never heard that before, but it must be the same here as in the US. I am ashamed to admit that I've never given blood. I had a good reason for it when I was running (I was short on everything then). Now I have no excuse. I don't even mind having blood taken. I'm not particularly squeamish about anything, thank goodness. Fifi, I love the idea that you wanted to take a nap with a deer. I have been sleeping a lot lately for the first time in ages and it's marvelous (well, except for the sore neck/back, but I am sure that will pass). Dormez-bien!!

Fifi, I think #6 has a lot to do with #'s 3, 4, 9, and 11. In other words, get some rest, eat good meals, and hopefully, you won't be so tired. You do so much, it is no wonder that you are run down!! I am giving blood on Friday (it will make it 11 gallons so far!!!), and I've been preparing for the last week with extra fluids, rest, and vitamins. I know it is hard, but you have to give yourself some time! PeeEss, pw email coming. XOXO :)

Sweetie, you don't need to write for the password. I just locked it for other reasons, so just look at my profile page-- I left it there for everyone to get in without problems. ;-) XOXOXO!!
