Fifi, This is all very interesting. You are speaking a different language to me. I was at a work party last year though and the host had a wonderful Scotch collection. He gave me some to taste and I will say that I was very impressed. Will you write what the connection is to you two and Robbie B's day. I don't quite know. I thought that one of you might be Irish but not Scottish. I am confused! XO

Well, if memory serves me, Anna once said that she thought that I was a Scot. One never knows, does one? (Oh, how annoying I can be!) We celebrate Burns Night every year, and are fortunate ( forch!) enough to have a huge amount of single malts. We both love haggis, so what better reason to have malts and haggis, and to share with friends?! We actually have some really good connections in the malt world, and early on we decided that there was no good reason why we couldn't host tastings as well. XOFiFi

Fifi, I had jumped on your love of haggis last year as a clue to your origin, and you had quite correctly remained mysterious about it. As for the Scotch, well, if you "are what you drink", then I'm either from Southeastern Australia like my Shiraz or Canada or Mexico or Oregon or England like my beer. Yep, must be Mexico due to my love of Kahlua and Tequila. Oopps, no, I'm from Buffalo, like my accent. Hmmmm. Always fun sharing your days, Fifi! XO :)

You're planning your evening very thoroughly, by the sound of it. One could almost say 'Serious Burns,' eh Fifi? XO

Hmm. Did I think you were a Scot? Not sure now, as you make some interesting sentence constructions, suggesting English is not your first language, but then you are such a tease... I was once given a bottle of single malt that tasted absolutely vile. Apparently peaty, apparently a good thing, but really most unpleasant. xx

OH this is great, Mme. Fifi. I am slow, you know. I tink I was put off the scent at one point. :) I prefer not to pry.

Fifi, I haven't been here in a while, but as ever, you fascinate me! I think I love your life, wherever and whatever it looks like.
