I've been to a lot funerals for people who died way before their time. People close to me - a sister of a girlfriend, son of another gf. Both tragic and senseless; one in a car accident going way too fast and another beaten to death for no apparent reason. Students, too many to mention. They - the funerals - drain you and I understand how this was for you. Sometimes, the funeral can somehow leave you with something positive, and I hope that is how it was with you, maybe your last paragraph and the appreciation you have for Biba. Part of life, Fifi, and I'm afraid it doesn't get any easier. XO

It sounds to me as though you got from the funeral what funerals are for - an opportunity to feel and to share your grief (at least I hope). I'm very sorry for your loss, Fifi. A warm hug.

Hello Fifi. It seems I've missed all kinds of things, and I'm sorry for that. The finger injuries, and the funeral. So... I suck. But I wanted to wish you happier times ahead. MFVx
