re: Yes, absolutely!! Mood and Music are definitely connected!! Of course it depends on the music, but so much is of an uplifting, energizing variety, how can you go wrong? I'm glad the thing with the book club lady turned out to better than you thought - who needs enemies? Enjoy your haggis!!! XO :)

Yeah, like Swimmmy implies, enemies are not a fun thing to have. The best way to avoid making them is to assume that they can't stand themselves either when they are less than civil and ignore them ASAP. I love all music...but you actually have musician skills, so I think you can even enjoy it in another level. :) Nothing like putting on a composer from long ago who still leaves a mark on each listener, each time. XO XO!

Oh Fifi, you are so adorable. I KNEW that no one at the book club could not like you. One of the only intelligent things that Larry ever told me is that when I think something negative (e.g. that someone is ignoring me or doesn't like me), think something positive (interpret things positively) instead, i.e. "The person is not feeling well today/ is in a bad mood. It has nothing to do with me." Most things have nothing to do with us! ISn't that liberating. I know what you mean about useless fears. I'm trying exactly the same thing and somewhat succeeding (though not always!). :)

Sending you love always, and resisting the urge to ask you to pick some stuff up for me at IKEA. You're probably not going to the Croydon branch anyway xxx
