Well, I'm almost sure God loves you the same even if you get mad about life sometimes. ;-) And Phish, they're like the Grateful Dead: they toured and sang forever?, but I've never heard anything of theirs anywhere as far as I know. Should do so. And ps thanks - I always spell it holla- the first time! But I reread and edit:)

Fifiland sounds so lovely. I found a proper wooden cribbage board - we like games too. That's all cos I'm up in the middle of the night and will go back to bed and sleep some more now xxxx

I remember a statistic (admittedly, from years ago) that the average household in the UK owned something like twelve books. Given the hundreds that I have, there must be an awful lot of illiterate or indifferent people out there. What a disgusting thought.

I simply cannot imagine a life sans a tower or two of books. Here at the Casa Della Bon Bon we have deffo in the hundreds, more likely in the thousands. XOFifi

I would love to have someone to play games with! We used to do that at the cottage when I was a little girl. My fave was always scrabble with my mom. I don't know Apples to Apples! SHall look it up. By the way, I thought you said "guilt-crazed." I know the kinds of quilts you mean as my parents used to collect them. One thing about books is that my collection started to shrink as I gave them away (e.g. when I left Vancouver, I gave away everything, including, I realized the other day, my GIANT history of the Boston Marathon. EEK!) and for a while I went only to the library to save money. In fact, in grad school pretty much everything I read was from the library. So I probably should have more than I do. But thank goodness I don't - poor C. would not be speaking to me after the move. :)
