You honestl have every right to be annoyed with HIW. I can't remember, but have you ever sat down with her and just said, "It would be really great if you could let me park in front of my house." Maybe she's just too dumb to know that that is correct etiquette. Honestly, you sound so much like me - I really like people to obey the "rules" (including conventions of politeness). C. always tells me to calm down. But I think it is important to be aware of other people, and so many people are not. It bugs me. So I tell them that it bugs me. I used to not like conflict much but now I'm down with it. If you want to resolve something...go for it! :) INcidentally, and this is an aside, but from what you say I often think that what you seem to have with Ned and Biba is exactly what I would like to have. It honestly sounds like a wonderful family that so many people would aspire to! I mean that, sincerely.
